Multifamily Design Studies prepared for a West Atlanta hillside site flanking a creek. Garden apartments that take up grade within the building - three-stories on one side and four-stories on the other - to honor the existing topography. A townhome concept with both front-loaded and alley-loaded homes to create a traditional neighborhood was also studied.
