Hemet 94
A property along the northern bank of Salt Creek, formerly owned by the Metropolitan Water District, is the site of 299 homes on 94 acres in southwestern Hemet.

The flat site provides challenges to minimize grading, provide adequate drainage, minimize storm drain, and provide for water quality basins.
​
The site is ammenitized with a 2-acre neighborhood park, pedestrian linkages, and a roundabout at the intersection of two circulation element roads.
